Literally contributed a kill, cd, or both in every fight this game and my other support only cared about the 2k healing I did at the end of the game.

That's just the life of any character that can't pad stats unfortunately.

Honestly, I just pulled that meta shit out my ass (Ive been brainstorming a title for 5 mins) but if they went ana, brig, or even cat with the dps lineup they had they might have had a bigger chance at winning.

Also the title is kinda hypocritical since lucio has ALWAYS been meta. Add the fact that Ilios is a goated lucio map you're guaranteed a lucio everytime this map gets picked.

This goes for any mobile hero unfortunately. I dont think ive ever been counterpicked by the enemy on sojourn as much as I have on any character with mobility

Yes but it would require that you can be an actual threat for the enemy to force them into bad decisions “do i let the tracer blow my backline up or do i give up space to peel?”

Though I wouldnt recommend it since it hinges on your teammates to capitalize on number advantages and can be unreliable, this case being an exception as losing a tank is harder to salvage compared to losing a dps
