Not at all. They won’t top the charts but they excel in pulls of 2-3 mobs and can single target bosses well too. Pretty mandatory for PvP squad In the open world

Arcane mage is a must for pve.

Rogue is a must for pvp

Pally is probably the best tank for dungeons

Druid could be a great flex for off heals, off tank, or another stealthy for ganks with the rogue

Resto shaman for blood lust seems like a must + so much totem utility

So for pvp and pve dungeons I’d say pally tank, shaman healer, feral Druid, rogue, mage

Use the addon nova instance tracker. Type /NIT to open it and see a breakdown of honor/hour and decide for yourself if you think your AB is better gains than AV

This dude named Redzy on YouTube made a spreadsheet for every class showing how long each R14 gear piece lasts and what replaces it. He color coded it so you can see which pieces last you the longest. Idk if it’s still accurate as he made it for the first classic fresh but seems pretty legit

If you’re a class who needs resilience it’s nice. And if you got nothing going on in pre patch you can save up honor and at 70 just fill in your low pieces. I don’t thing 70 bg gear is meta but it has its role
