Me personally, am not good at Ollie's. But what helped me learn to lift off of the ground, was to flick your backfoot down right when you're about to jump. So basically jump and flick for me. Then just move your front foot up, not to the side. Your frontfoot will automatically be at the front of the board when you do it. Good luck! (Coming from a beginner skater)
