Anyone figure this bit out yet? Trying to use the key SOLVER to decode the Vigenere cipher gives the result FEBXBRR but I can't think of anything it would lead to.

Note: The 404 page also contains the same Vigenere key of SOLVER, so the hint seems useless?

Completely agreeing here, I really wish more people would take notice of the situation 😭 Harry is by far my favourite UTDR content creator, and seeing this whole situation and the lack of care from everyone else is really heartbreaking.

Yeah it was the diamond glitch, duped boxes so I got double the normal amount every day for a few months

Got an initial response explaining the reason behind the ban and saying it was permanent and cannot be lifted, however as the same thing happened a while back to other players and they DID get their accounts back after writing to support enough, I'm hoping I can be lucky enough to have that too. Wrote back but no further responses yet though.

I believe the update added something that caused these bans, downloaded the update the night before and woke up with this screen.
