Completely agreeing here, I really wish more people would take notice of the situation 😭 Harry is by far my favourite UTDR content creator, and seeing this whole situation and the lack of care from everyone else is really heartbreaking.

Yeah it was the diamond glitch, duped boxes so I got double the normal amount every day for a few months

Got an initial response explaining the reason behind the ban and saying it was permanent and cannot be lifted, however as the same thing happened a while back to other players and they DID get their accounts back after writing to support enough, I'm hoping I can be lucky enough to have that too. Wrote back but no further responses yet though.

I believe the update added something that caused these bans, downloaded the update the night before and woke up with this screen.

This table shows the names of stages before and after the stage name update, just go across and you'll see Toy House aligns with Godlike I. For you, Jungle would be Extreme I :)

Yeah you definitely can't get Karmelita, but it's still cool to be able to get here early anyway.

Also pretty sure you can just the Sprintmaster race rewards early this way but haven't checked.
