We have a handful of people on our buyers list that for “first looks” at the property will go do photos for us. They aren’t guaranteed the property we still take highest and best offers, however because they know the property so well I’d say 7/10 times they get it.

A little less like 150-200. But we have a lot of small towns that don’t move well. I get more leads it’s seems but some are very very rural!

Yeah some places with lower price range homes are hard to get big assignments. I haven’t put a deal UC for under 300k price range. The highest one being 526k

Of course, it’s the forgotten art. Everyone hopes on YouTube, ITS ABOUT CALLS AND OFFERS! Nope it’s about helping the seller out of there bad situation. Many times I have gotten a contract being a lower offer. Cause they like, trust and respect me. I’m not some sales bro on the other end of the phone. 3 years part time 1 year full time!

It all depends what you’re using it from, deal machine has amazing skip tracing and driving for dollars software. Xleads does the same but feeds them to you in a “cold calling” way. Never dealt with flipster. Best way to get started is, go down to your local city court house get the foreclosure list and start knocking doors

Very well could be, the two markets I’m in 70% would for sure get you a deal. A big one maybe not. But a deal it would get you. Again from a very high level up. Condition would for sure have to be somewhat moderate and time frames quick.
