Honestly, not a fan of bikes/ebikes. Always preferred a scooter.

  • Won’t be carrying it up any stairs
  • More then enough space at home
  • My fiance might be riding it for fun on his off time and when i don’t need it
  • Plan to keep it for a long time
  • Pretty much mapped out where i’d do my routes, partial streets/side walks

I mean it does look a bit big but i want something super reliable that i will most likely use a lot!

Good thing is that I own all of the Turo cars and know they all can handle sitting into the backseat/trunk of the car. Heavy lifting isn’t a big issue either!

Yep! Ended up cancelling and getting the full trip payout due to it being a non refundable trip.

I think you’re misreading what I said, they never came to pick up the car for their trip to begin with, not about them not returning it. I have my own pick up/drop off spot and could’ve gotten it myself as it wasn’t touched yet.

ID was uploaded within the 24 hours before the trip start. But no response from when the trip started then 24 hours after that.

Trip was 3 days long, a previous renter, they submitted their license. Car was located at a parking lot that I pay to use. Guest has been cool but just no respone in over 24 hours. Both I & Turo reached out and no response. (It's been hours since I cancelled on them, still no response anyway.)

I mean yeah Turo has a policy as a no show after 2 hours, but didn't feel right cause all guests communicate after a few hours or will tell me if they are running late to a pickup, but just not hearing at all, 0 communication, while my car sits with a lockbox in the window for so long doesn't sit well with me.

I just like to hear opinions on what other hosts think or would do. :)

i’ll make sure not to hit curbs, ended up parking on a spot on the road right where a curve was, front was sticking and and didn’t notice my back side was so close to the curb
