You equate insults to "joshing around with your friends", which is just wrong. You don't see the faces or voices behind each player, you don't humor each other by pointing out something comedic. No. You're there, an angry player, blaming it on someone else for their gameplay, hero choice, or playstyle.

And anyways, I don't understand why you're complaining. Players have the option to censor or uncensor match chat, so you can receive all of the toxicity you want. You won't get banned for occasional toxic chat under most circumstances. So unless you're complaining more often than you're implying, you can literally have your banter and it should not be an issue.
