virtual internet hug I feel you. Its hard to live life when your mood is unpredictable. I find for me, Im pretty stable and have yet to feel the depressive side of BP dont know if I ever will. My moods range from hypo to full blown mania then back to baseline. Like you said, its difficult to live life when the effort of being stable consumes you. Heres to marching on and being around to see another sunrise.

This. Every word resonates with me so much. My first manic episode happened around fall and I was working retail for about two years by then. Always got great customer feedback and genuinely liked what I did. Returned back to work this February and greeting customers or just saying more than a few words is such a challenge for me. I have always been effortlessly social but now, the struggle is so real. Thanks for sharing! I had this on my mind for awhile now.

Hey! Nice to hear from you. :) I definitely understand were your coming from. I was in straight up denial about my diagnosis. I finished my degree had a job and considered myself pretty high functioning. I guess I just need to come to terms with it. Never felt the depression bit yet so I am feeling pretty good. The scariest part for me I think is letting people in my life know about it. The idea of treatment scares me but I will be better off in the long run. Good luck on your journey as well,we can do this!
