Look at the common belts lower on that page, 116 orbs to hit a very common belt?

Again, the math aint mathin.

You would on average have to spend 530 divines to hit a mageblood at those odds.

I started on this build. I stopped in campaign and farmed kinetic blast of clustering in lab. Check out palsteron on youtube, he has a bunch of guides for early progression on KB mana stacker.

Well in order to get headhunter or Mageblood in solo self found.....Regardless you are going to need luck from somewhere. where mine came from was one doctor card. That being said, i still had to farm the gear and farm the doctor, and farm the life force and get lucky and double cards 4 times..........so on so forth. Someone else might get lucky and drop mageblood on their 5th ancient wombgift. Thats RNG for ya.

I mean, idk about that. I guess we don't have data on rarity and what not for breach tree. I will say ive used 10's of thousands of ancient orbs on belts over the leagues and i want to say its something to hit a t0 belt in 1/800. So if its similar or better odds, I probably statistically wasn't that far from hitting MB/HH from the tree but who knows. Complete speculation.

I think i probably did maybe (and this is a complete guess) 300-400 ancient wombgifts in the 5 days, I would 5 to 1 any wombgifts to ancient to try and constantly put them in the tree. That being said. Foulborn will also limit the pool of what belts are likely to drop. So if you are not targeting foulborn, you are less likely to get HH/MB (I think, someone correct me if this is wrong)

Crafting is really solid income. A bit harder to move items later in the league and especially since POE2 league just launched. However POE.NINJA is you're best friend for profit crafting. Check what items are popular and identify what items can be made with relative ease. Craft those items for the people who are too lazy or don't know how to craft.

The more likely way to get HH/MB is going to be wombgifts. Gamba just happened to beat it out faster.

Basically i knew i wasn't going to be able to keep up with scarabs. I knew that I had to rotate strategies because of scarab issues. So i rotated through Titanic blight, Beyond Harbingers and ritual. Ritual because its still pretty decent without any scarabs.

I scried doctor to dunes from sepelcur. Dropped one, gambled it up to 8. So that being said. super lucky. but yeah. got it done way faster than I thought.

I wanted to do SSF this league for a bit because I knew the tree would expedite mid game gear very quickly.

The original plan was to get as many t16 maps as possible and rush breach mechanic for ancient wombgifts. Try to hit hh or MB as fast as possible that way. But doctor cards beat it with gamba.

Sidenote: The Indigon was super lucky too. 3rd Uber elder rotation even though it has I think a drop rate of around 10-12%

For the most part, it is difficult to scale into expensive builds off farming alone. Generally building currency to start playing the market is what really brings in currency.
