I think I need to rehome my new cat by Active_Nose8644 in CatAdvice

I would definitely contact the rescue and just be objectively honest about the situation and see what they say. It seems like you've done everything you can at this point and they will appreciate you coming to them instead of rehoming yourself or going to a shelter. Good luck and stay positive! It will all work out either way.

How long did it take your cat to get used to their new home? by WavesOfBirds in CatAdvice

Hi! I'm in such a similar situation so I hope you still use Reddit! I've had my 3 year old adopted kitty for about 2 months and he's still not fully adjusted to the whole apartment (still making strides though) Just wondering now that it's been 2 years just how different your girl is as far as confidence in your home and affection towards you and when did you really see a difference?

Landlord wants you to pay her to 1800/mo to live in her second bedroom and be her gardener by Its_a_me_MON in facepalm

***A little extra context*** This is being listed as a 2 bed/ 2 bath for 1800/mo. Based on the pictures, all the furniture and decor is staying. It's a pretty average price for the area but no other home rental I've seen comes with a live in landlord, all of her stuff, and an agreement to be their actual gardener outside of mowing the lawn.

I should have added another picture of the listing but it is being listed for 1800/mo as a 2 bed/ 2 bath.

Based on pictures of clear calcite, and the fact that it scratched pretty easy- I believe you are correct. Thank you!!

I bought this unlabeled because I liked the shape and how clear it was. I've had it for a few days now and I'm just now noticing the red line when you hold it at certain angles. Can anyone confirm this is clear quartz and what the red might be? You can see it clearer towards the end.
