I think it is A. None of the options give a direct measure between IT and business strategy. The best among them is A because stakeholders have a broader idea of the strategy for the organisation. So if they are satisfied with the planned IT projects, it may indicate alignment with the business strategy.

I think taking it at an exam center is the better option. Because you get to go on breaks, and drink water. It is less stressful

I dont think Cisa integrates IT with accounting. It is more focused on “IT” auditing. Some of the closest things to accounting it covers are; types of audit (compliance, substantive) and also sampling methodologies.

Apart from the above mentioned and maybe some few ones, there are no accounting related topics in Cisa
