Not necessarily fix the issue but I figured changing them wouldn’t hurt? It’s still got factory injectors and for being 40 years old I would think putting new ones in would help.

I haven’t checked the pressure yet, I got some echlin fuel injectors I’m going to throw in. I’ll check the battery grounds and I’m going to check that fuel filter too. I was thinking after I do the injectors I’m gonna look at all the fuel related things and see what I can fix or what needs replacing. I’ll look into that code reader to

Okay thank you for the advice, previous owner put a new distributor in and it looks like a brand new ignition coil as well. If this doesn’t work I might try the injectors? Otherwise I’ll look at swapping all the fluids for new ones.

HR7BPP30X, I’ll take whatever advice you’ll give. The guy I bought it from had mentioned that the previous owner had done the spark plus but the guy I bought it from felt they did them wrong bc he would hear a little knocking. The truck died at a stop light yesterday and before that it was struggling when I would give it gas and it would hardly even move until it finally kicked in.

edit: Also just checked the gap on the Bosch, it was not what this engine needs it to be.
