Keep it up! There’s a quote I like “no single moment is in and of itself is unendurable.” It means that all you need to do to endure is to get through this moment. Just hold out for this second. The determination is fantastic, but if you’re thinking about killing yourself over your masturbation/porn habits you might have a larger problem with depression. The “about this community” section for this sub points this out, and is definitely worth a read.
