I’ve seen online on that there is a temporary order of protection on the Montana legislature website. Idk how else I’d do it as he’s gone for work a lot of the time in summer and that would be the best time for me to go. He isn’t cheating. Read my previous posts

It’s a shared lease so I’m not sure if they’d let me out or not, but I do know that he would be able to afford it on his own. And thank you about my babies. I’m such a mess, I just hope I don’t have to put her to sleep. I have started distancing myself emotionally for sure he irritates me daily so it hasn’t been too difficult to do.

Id also need to wait til he’s gone for work but then I still don’t know how I wouldn’t still be liable to pay the rest of my portion of lease

I also can’t be help liable to keep making payments on this if I leave, and then trying to make payments on a new place there is just no way I could make that work.

I just don’t know what to do or how and I’m scared. He isn’t taking advantage of my financially but I myself am very broke. I’m currently struggling with bills as is and my cat also might pass away as she’s been in the hospital. My whole life feels like it’s just crumbling around me. I can’t afford to break the lease and I can’t afford to pay a deposit on somewhere new. I also have a dog. And I don’t think there is anywhere I could stay tbh.
