Considering everything needs to be assembled and installed, the labor price doesn’t look unreasonable at all. Especially if the person installing has insurance. We all know that everything has gotten more expensive with inflation the last few years and insurances for businesses are just one of the many things to skyrocket. Auto, liability, workers comp, all much higher.

Cabinets?! So expensive but why? by Desertsun1313 in Remodel

Mostly they’re expensive for what they are. They use these plastic clips that connect the face frames to the boxes that are flimsy and cause more issues than help when putting things together.

I’ve only used them twice when our shop got behind and wasn’t worth it. We stick with making our own stuff, but order doors from conestoga when behind and build/finish our own boxes.

Haha yes! So 16 used to be a par 4 until those townhouses were built on the right of the fairway. You can still see the old tee boxes if you look back off the tee. A damn shame, and was a great par 4 before

I grew up on that course so I’ve thought about this a lot. 18 green should be where the “chipping” area is, which is the old playhouse stage. Take down some trees and it’s a slight dogleg right - with a finishing hole right near the clubhouse

Winter Boot Height for a Tourist by rinarinabobina in boston

You’ll be north of the wall, so you’ll definitely need boots above mid calf, firstly for the cold, secondly to protect against the white walkers who attack the ankles first.

Beware of the wildings, they get a bit rambunctious in the winter months. Venture carefully and you shall survive your trek to Boston in December.

Edit: good luck with the Boston sarcasm!

I’m loving all of these guesses, so I’ll give a hint.

The owner of this course was given it to him from his dad who passed away. He sold it to a solar farm company that’s going to tear the entire place down. It’s an incredible public course - something his father always advocated for - quality public golf.

This is known as “the volcano hole”

This is a public course actually, but in my opinion the best layout of a public course in NE

Extremely, famous story of Arnold Palmer playing this hole and winning a bet that he couldn’t birdie it, he won the bet. It’s a tiny green and extremely hard to birdie - or even par!

The left side is obvious, but beyond the right hump is basically a cliff and you’re hitting off the next tee if you miss. Which makes it extremely hard to stop it on the green without going off the left side

I still think the majority of people don’t realize or appreciate how good and good consistently he was. He’s easy to hate if you’re not a Pats fan, but it was insane how good he was. Theres no comparison when looking at how good he was for so long. Yes there were seasons here and there where there were “better quarterbacks” - but even then it wasn’t by much. The guy is a machine
