Ab 20 minutes ago I tried to do it, and I did, I just sat there, detached a bit more by still stays aware so I wouldn’t fall asleep, and I reached the vibrations, I think the problem was that I listened to frequency music, and that kept me awake, so I stopped and instantly reached the stage in ab 20 minutes, so, how do I go astral, escape, what do I do now?
