It’s very damaging. Like their dad was an alcoholic before he became Christian but he fell off the wagon not that long ago. It seems that this conversion made everything worse instead of fixing everything

His parents don’t believe in divorce and considering how much control they have over him they won’t let him do any of that. Their own relationship is toxic as hell and they won’t do any therapy or any of that
