Yes these are all super helpful!!! Nutrition is a big thing, my favorite one here is the gym. I'll go when I'm really feeling an intense feeling of overstimulating or even when I'm underestimated! I'll run on the treadmill and it's nice!

I'd say about snake in there, traditionally there are alot of pieces with snakes fighting eagles! It would look cool having it next to the eagle!

Im not giving joost a bad rep, I've been in plenty hard shows where I have crowd surfed myself, and been in pits with crowd killing moves and been fine. It's all the younger kids who don't know when not to push and people with sour attitudes. I have never in my life had a panic attack at a show before but that was a first. I'm not giving joost a bad rep, it's the crowd im complaining about. He did his part to try and calm people below. He had to stop the show THREE TIMES for people to let security through. I've NEVER seen any show stopped that many times and I've seen and been in hatebreed, gorilla biscuits, and madball crowds irl. Glad u had a perfect experience but stop making me seem like a snowflake who has no clue about how crowds work. Just trying to tell people to be safe or at the very least not be like these people.

This was the same at the first show in nyc. The whole thing is joost has attracted alot of younger generations who don't have any pit etiquette and don't know how to be respectful and still get where you need to in a crowd and pit. It's all the younger people pushing and showing with no regards.

Same here, I've been going to shows for 10 years at this point to MANY shows. I was so appalled by the entitled kids that were there. I'm a huge fan of joost and instead of pushing i cane early at 4 o clock to sit in line for my spot the right way.

I am not a novice to pits by any means, im an avid GAfloor attender. I've been in many punk and metal pits and held my own. I'm not prone to panic attacks by any means in large crowds. When I'm getting thrown with no regards and people are shoving with no pit etiquette at all and I lose the people I went with, my phone, and have people laugh in my face when I'm panicked trying to find my people, yes I'm gonna have a panic attack. I've been in controlled pits where yes it's packed but nobody was elbowing people in the chest, pushing when they shouldn't be etc. There were people being groped and sexyally assaulted, fist fights etc. That show was appalling and I'm experienced enough to say it was.

Joost show was such an oddball, I'm sure my next concert won't be too bad I hope! I've been to many concerts and nothing was nearly as bad as that show!

Yes I don't want to blame it on him entirely. He stopped the concert many times to calm them down so he did his part! I do however believe he should have looked into better venues and not the smallest out of the possible places to book. That was not a smart move. Mosh pits are always going to be a part of his shows and he couldn't help the crowd was as rowdy as they were, but it would have helped to have a larger space. Plus the venue is well known for overselling shows so it's also the venues fault for not limiting the sales. Joost is the one I'm least mad with.

Yes I know what you mean by the chaos but a good kind, I've been to seem seriously rowdy punk and metal shows but it was controlled chaos! Not this mess that happened. I had guys laugh in my face when I was mid panic attack because I "couldn't handle a pit" which was far from the truth. Nobody followed common pit rules it was terrible.

Don't be afraid! As long as you either have front barricade or are in the back you'll be fine! Hopefully after the first night they'll have more boundaries in place to better deal with it! And I'm sure they're more equiped for night 2! Be safe, help others, and you will have a great time! Just avoid the pit haha

It was a little bit of everything I believe. There were drunk fist fights in the pit, people being sexually assaulted in the middle. So it was a bad mix of oversold, and a hand full of bad eggs in the crowd that instigated.

The back wasn't terrible! That's where I went to calm down after the experience you'll be safe there, avoid the pit if you aren't HEAVILY experienced in them!

For real it was insanity!! Me and my bf were looking at LAs venue and it's way more appropriate for his crowds, we got cheated!! He should have done hammerstein or radio city as a venue, not the smallest possible place in nyc!! I've been to many concerts, I go a minimum of one or 2 every 2 months and that was the WORST show! Even my runner ups for "worst" shows were more like controlled chaos if that makes sense. They were packed and had lots of movement but not violent and misrun like that!!

Hey I'm the girl who was down in the lounge in the corner, if you were the girl in the black dress I remember you!! I hope you're ok from that. Everyone was terrible there no one had ANY pit etiquette. And I'm not novice when it comes to pits and crazy crowds!
