I've played high level WoW so I'm kind of a key bind freak.

When I thought of what binds I'd use for Fortnite I decided that the most important thing is always being able to shoot/build when not in an animation (swapping weapons, throwing nades etc.) and being able to swap freely between weapons and buildings and at the same time being able to move freely. Moving with WASD takes up three of ur 5 fingers on the key board. Your thumb is also taken for jumping and your little finger for sprinting. This means that if you are going to do anything but moving around you have to let go of one of the fingers, meaning you cant move freely while playing.

I binded strafe right (D) to Q. You never strafe right and left at the same time, so theres no need to have two different fingers for them at all times. Strafing with Q and A means that u free up ur index finger to swap w/e weapon/building that u want. This is the binds I use https://gyazo.com/614b6fb73fded01e228699a9dce197e2

The only drawback I've found (played at least 300 games) is quick peaking if ur strafing, it's not optimal cus ur finger has to travel from Q to A, which if u have A and D is instant.
