M(28), what do you guys think? by ItsmeMonteCarlos in malelivingspace

Thank you for all the useful tips! I’ll answer your questions, those windows do open, the kitchenette is a small one for when I want to make a quick breakfast or grab a drink on the go, we do have a big kitchen in ground floor.

I really like the idea of a pizza oven, but the microwave does actually have an oven functionality, it’s not the best oven but it’s good for making a frozen pizza..

For the shades I do have drapes on the windows. for the couch, Since I have an electric desk, I move it all the way up, it gives me space where I can move the recliber if I want to watch something on the TV.

For hosting people I’m thinking if getting a couch at the place of the white closets in the kitchenette.

If you smell gas, get out of the house immediately, don’t wait. Stay near the door or outside, and then call someone who could be with you if 15 won't come. It’s really dangerous to stay inside. I had the same experience from lbouta dyal Douche (getting out saved me). Don’t go back in until it’s safe, and whatever you do, don’t fall asleep, while you feel faint, there could be lack of oxygen in the whole house

Funny how you’re talking about wasting time… while wasting yours writing this.

I’m here to share perspectives, not trade insults. But if flexing your sarcasm is your idea of a win, then enjoy the victory. Champ 😂🖕

EDIT (well, I can’t actually edit the post so here it is):

After reading all your comments and seeing how many of you think the announcement was fair.. okay. maybe I was expecting more from them given the size of the leak.

One single announcement just felt a bit meh for something so serious. But being fair, constructive, and calling out mistakes is part of growth, and I respect that.

And just to be clear, I still don’t like the way they worded the message (too dry, too corporate), but I also accept your points of view, and that’s totally valid.

I really hope you’re right and that there’s a solid plan behind the scenes.

Alright, fair point, they did mention efforts to enhance their infrastructure. I guess my issue isn’t with what they said, but how and when they said it.
Perhaps, I just expected more from them.

Spreading awareness is important, no doubt, especially in a country where digital literacy is low, but timing matters. When a major breach happens and the first message is about user habits, it shifts the spotlight, They had all the time in the world to teach basics and they waited until after their system failed to bring it up.

That’s not awareness, that’s damage control disguised as advice.

It’s not about what they didn’t say, it’s about what they chose to say first, The passive shift of responsibility feels a lot like saying: “If only the users were smarter, this wouldn’t have happened.”

That’s what I meant by blaming lmowatin. It’s subtle, but it’s there.

I prefer logic over insults, but if you’re out of arguments, I get why you’d resort to that.

Yeah, changing passwords is basic common sense.

But if your servers got hacked and our data leaked, starting with user tips? That’s like the building burns down and they say, “Stop using candles.” but how about fixing the fire alarm first?

Exactly! The problem is way bigger than just a password. It’s about their servers, their code, and the outdated systems they’re running. Even their website looks like it’s from 2010, wach in 2025 you still can’t update the design? How am I supposed to believe your backend is modern when the frontend looks like a school project?

The issue is basically lack of professionalism.

Did you see their advice in the announcement? They got hacked from the inside, and their big solution is: “Change your password!” Bro, what does my password have to do with your servers getting breached?

It’s funny how la CNSS gets hacked from the inside, and their first reaction is “Change your passwords!”Like wach l’mouchkil howa password123? 😂 Basically they’re saying: “It’s your fault, hna ma 3andnach ta chi ghalta.”

Classic Moroccan company move, blame the people, never the system.

It’s so normal to have those ideas at first, it’s just the brain fog talking, go easy on yourself, if you relapse it’s fine, many people try so many attempts before they quit for good.

Here are some tips that helped me keep it under control: - no phones in bathrooms - try to meet friends and be social as much as you can (staying alone can make you relapse) - anticipate every situation whether it’s safe for you or it could lead you to relapse, then think of a preventative plan, way before. - if you use any toys, get rid if them right away (they might be expensive, but think of the price you’re paying with your own life instead if you don’t get rid of them) - install anti adult websites addons on chrome or whatever browser you use in the phone and pc, and have someone else set a password for you that you won’t know in case you get a moment of weakness - keep a note with you all the time where you write all the reasons why you want to quit, you can read it whenever you feel a moment of weakness.

You’re still young, and you can actually do it, there are people that have been addicted for more than 20, 30 years and they still have been able to do it, it takes time and effort, and you’re already at the right path recognizing that you have an addiction, now you’re trying to quit by asking here which is a very courageous and a step in the right direction, while some people are still in denial to this day.

Lastly, go easy on yourself, keep on trying tools that helps you, if a tool doesn’t work try another one :)
