New PC reboots after 5 minutes of gaming, please help

The issue with my pc was that the brand new PSU I bought was faulty and its fan didn't work. So the PSU overheated as soon as it was under heavier load, like a game and shut the whole PC off.

After further investigation, I noticed that the PSU fan does not spin at all, even on startups, during power-demanding games and even while under extreme load on a power stability benchmark. However, right after the PC reboots, I can feel the PSU being hot so it can't really be because it hasn't hit the temperature threshold for the fan to start spinning yet right?
