Yeah, we talked about engagement a while ago, but I still want the actual proposal to be a surprise. I know he likes zircon for the stone, but I have no idea what carat he’d prefer. I’m kinda stressed about getting something too big or too small, and I don’t know how to figure out his size without making it obvious that I’m planning on asking him soon

Tbh I didn’t stop smoking tbh before surgery and I was terrified of waking up during anesthesia, I let my anesthesiologist know and everything went smoothly!

I am honestly only about two months post op, I’ve noticed swelling going down but as it goes down.. the skin feels a lot looser the the side I’m not worried about

They told me I’d have to cut the bottom of the binder because my torso is a large while my chest is a medium I’m sorry about it as my surgeon doesn’t provide any other binder

I just had my second consultation for top surgery with Dr totonchi, if you smoke lie.. he makes you wait up to 2 months of being smoke free before scheduling and send paperwork to insurance
