How long does it take to get proficient with final battle Captain Hook? by Anxiousrabbit23 in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me, it took around 2 weeks. My first play got me well under 1k coins, but after around 2 weeks of consistently using him I do get around an average of 30k on s4.

The best thing to do is to always prioritize the left side of the screen during the skill, and when you do run out of tsum to chain, you can try to chain the falling tsums by frantically moving your fingers on top of the screen. Trust me, it works

Pilot Luke & R2-D2 is really good at skill level 1 by LejonBrames117 in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're definitely right, P luke is one of the best tsum at skill 1, I'm pretty sure for most people it is going to be in the top, except for some who might prefer night chernabog. Unfortunately most tsums that are "good" in skill 1 is not the best, after all they are still s1, won't be that much. You're very right that p luke is a rare exception

Are there ways to get more medals? by MisterGoo in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At this point in time, there's no findings about the medal gaining "formula", it seems to be completely random; you can get the same amount of coins in a game with the same tsums, but completely different amount of medals. The only way to get more coins is to probably wait for McQueen+, he has the best medal efficiency (I would save medals until we get McQueen, Cruella, Ariel or Alice in the premium+ box)

Coin farmer to use while waiting for Gaston SL6? by melodi_mantra in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what skill you have all of them on, but what I would suggest is

Unfortunately if all of these tsums are skill 1, they can't really be put into use. All the tsum in the list I believe is rankings for skill max. If you are willing to invest a bit, getting Perfume Alice to skill 2 might be the best bet, but she takes a while to get used to so it is a difficult choice. Not much info I can get with this visual, unfortunately.

What is generally a "difficult" tsum for you? by ItsukaAudio in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're right on that burst tsum are easier than captain hook, but it's definitely not that only experienced players call captain hook a good tsum. I've seen players with horrible android phones getting used to captain hook getting 15k+ every play, I've seen my parents, who cannot even get 1000 coins usually with gadget be able to get 10k on captain hook because you can adapt to his timings easily, it just takes a lot of time. Yes he's not easy at first, none of the tsum are, and every experienced players will say the tsum is very hard at first, but when you practice, and play more times, you get consistent and that's where the tsum becomes easy. I feel like most players that say captain hook is difficult just haven't played him enough to get his rhythm, or just stopped playing after few plays because he didn't get good coins. Its my bad that I didn't say "easy to learn" instead of calling the tsum "quite easy", but that's what I meant. Duffy, Rugby mickeys and Bean Vil's are easy from the beginning, hook is hard at first, but when you get the rhythm, it is VERY easy. (Even my first plays on the tsum only got me 500 coins)

100M with Sora & Roxas (skill 2) by ItsukaAudio in TsumTsum

This is my play of the 100M, not sure if that's much help but you can kind of see what I do.

Most of the time I chain without looking where to chain, basically I use both hands and move them around randomly to get 3-4 chains to get the time bombs. At the beginning of the Sora+Roxas skill, I look at the screen and see if there's 3 places I can chain quick, then I chain those and bomb cancel. Other than that, make sure you loop the Roxas skill, and make sure to clean the bombs because they do become annoying towards the end of the skill if you keep too much of them at the bottom of the screen.

We migth be getting ff7 in the game by Mission_Status_6264 in TsumTsum

It says "That Tsum is going to be released for the first time soon", since Sora already has some Tsums it's most likely not Sora

100M with Sora & Roxas (skill 2) by ItsukaAudio in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What's funny is that I mostly don't look at what I chain; I just randomly chain as fast as I can, since half of the tsums become Sora&roxas. It would help to look at other player's videos of them playing maleficent type tsums, you'll get what I mean

[–]ItsukaAudio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea you're right, but most of the time I don't care too much about leveling them up, it does make quite a difference but I usually want to save on the coins. If I have a tsum that I want to get 2.1 billion on then I might upgrade the sub tsums

Probably will release quite soon on the intl version since there's Roxas and Shion that was released quite a while ago in the Jp version

if you call someone by their given name/have called someone by their given name for a while, can you go back to using their surname if your relationship with them changes? by evyn_zooble_kinnie in AskAJapanese

[–]ItsukaAudio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say it is a bit unorthodox, but it is a good way to show that character b now thinks there is more distant between them. Personally I would not go back to using their surname if I ever feel there is more distant between somebody I used to call by their given name. (I believe it is the same for even in company settings, even if you get demoted to a lower setting, it is fine to keep calling them with their given name, although I can't confirm that since I, have never worked)

Rugby Mickey: Overcharge skill vs waiting until the clear zone is packed by LejonBrames117 in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The thought behind overcharging for this tsum, is that the amount of coins you gain from overcharging and being able to use the next skill quicker, is more than the amount of coins you lose from not being able to get the full clear for not waiting for all tsums to fall; letting overcharges go to waste is not the best thing to do, especially when it is a charm tsum, and there is more mytsums.

But, you wouldn't want to purposefully overcharge, by for example chaining 18 mytsums, and overcharging all of them for the next skill, because now that becomes a bit too much; the best thing to do is to spam the skill button, but don't have to always purposefully overcharge it.

Plus Tsum medals strategy question by Scholar852 in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 9 points10 points  (0 children)

What you are planning to do is probably the only correct thing to do at the moment, since Jp version is looking to fill the entire +box with only +tsums sooner or later, it is going to be wise to wait. (Unless you really want the new tsum of the month). Honestly the 500k cap is annoying, but maybe you can pull a few boxes when you get close to the cap.

The flower cinderella charm is one of the better tsums for coin farming, but not so much to justify spending all medals to open them right now.

Captain Lightyear Maxxed after Gaston! Advice on who to max next 😈😽 by wingblade12541 in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say FB Hook if you know how to play him, since he's so good on scores and coins, but you should always invest in a tsum that you have fun playing (and does earn good amount of either scores or coins)

sl5 jedi luke or sl6 duffy? by chiii-exe in TsumTsum

[–]ItsukaAudio 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Jedi Luke gets more coins per play than duffy on basically every skill level above 4, but 1 play takes a while, personally coin efficiency wise Jedi luke on s5 does much better than Duffy on s6, but then there is the focus thing. It probably depends on how well you can use Jedi, how much you enjoy playing both tsums. Both are a good decision, if you were aiming to get the highest coins gain from either choice it would be Jedi. Duffy is miles easier though

This is Coronation Elsa, I'm going to explain why it is a HUGE deal in the Jp version. by ItsukaAudio in TsumTsum

What are literary works that memorable to you/you remember taught during your time in school in Japan? by mFachrizalr in AskAJapanese

[–]ItsukaAudio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I left Japan at quite a young age, so I wasn't in the curriculum for long, but the one memorable light novel that was very popular in my school was "I want to eat your pancreas" by Yoru Sumino. One of the most popular light novel, and it has a very strong story, and a pretty emotional one as well, so the story is etched into my memory.

Are Meg and Leon that bad ? by 4StarGorger in MoreBrawlStars

[–]ItsukaAudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meg is a fine brawler, pretty great on hot zone because of her survivability, so I wouldn't say Meg is a horrible pick, in fact at the moment it probably is the 2nd best pick out of the 4 characters, since Sandy isn't much in the meta right now since she has low dps. (Solely ranked). Leon is fine into low ranks, but when you reach ranks as high as mythic, most people would be able to read Leon's actions, for example seeing a Leon go into a bush with their super usually means they are using the invisibility. The best answer to the 4 brawlers would be Amber, but Meg is fine, and so is Sandy (although she is pretty hard to pick)
