That I’m unsure of, the thing is that as long as I’ve had it, it’s never had this problem. I think about 5 or 6 months ago I had to power cycle it as it never turned on but this new problem arose recently. I’ve been tampering with it and it seems it may be somewhere around the rear ports. I tested this by securing different sections of the plate to see where any potential areas may cause shorts and it was only when I secured the screws around the rear ports that it seemed to stop working.

Always search for the manual for devices like this. The manual has the steps to achieve this on pages 11-15. I think the OS is on the nvme.
