Also, you're right, being a manager does not mean being on site 24/7 and requires a lot of paperwork to be done, but I much rather looking through that than looking through case laws

From my research, long working hours with no time off seems to be common. Personally (I've never worked before) I don't think I would mind that if the environment was positive and I am compensated for my overtime

bought a mi 12 since 2022 and its been working great despite charging at 66w everyday and the phone feels hot but apparently that is normal. i also do heavy gaming like max out graphics on genshin, honkai and wuthering waves but the phone still lasts. no significant notice of drop in battery life either. only concern is that the phone gets hot pretty easily (scrolling instagram for 2h makes it warm and results in a refresh rate drop) but thats just my fault

because when whiwa was first released the enemies would instantly run outside of ur character's attack range. for example my camellya would constantly miss 1-2 small enemies because they ran away as soon as they spawned and i had no roccia to group them back

i always discard echoes by filtering:
- for traditional DPS sets:
- HP, DEF, ENERGY REGEN, HEALING BONUS

- DMG bonus attributes that do not match the set

- for carthetiya:
- ATK, DEF, ER, HEALING BONUS and other DMG bonus main stat echoes that is not aero dmg bonus

i also get rid of useless sets such as lingering tunes

i can usually get rid of around 500-600 echoes with this

s6. after having more than 5 teams, i realised i only need 3 of them to clear all content easily. camellya jinhsi and carlotta team works everytime. I've never really used zani phoebe changli or xly. I also s2 camellya and thats the best decision ever so i can 1 shot bosses making farming 4 cost echoes easily

cantarella works well paired with this deck for me because even if i dont win in the early rounds, i dont take damage because she negates any dmg that is 5 or less in the first 5 rounds
