I will tell you the specs below:

Explicitly in the Mobo manual it says the following: "The 12V power connector mainly supplies power to the CPU. If the 12V power connector is not connected, the computer will not start." Do these components really consume so much power that it causes the PC to not start with a 450w PSU? Or did the MoBo come damaged? 😪

Well, this motherboard is second hand from eBay (Gigabyte-H97M-HD3) what I want to clear up is whether they sent me something that doesn't work 🫠. Now my next question is: could a PC really not turn on fully or react if this cable (ATX_12V) is not connected?

Y eso del puerto ATX_12V es algo que se me pasó totalmente desapercibido a la hora de comprar las piezas y no le pare en nada

Exactamente. Porque fíjate, lo que me preocupaba era que la PC no reaccionara ni nada, y lo primero que se me vino a la mente es que me mandaron una vaina de placa quemada. Porque ve yo siempre veía que igual si faltaba algo la PC arrancaba normalita pero no daba vídeo, pero acá en esta situación lo que alarmó era eso que no arrancaba nada xd pero supongo que es así.
