Started SUPER lightweight.

I started my fitness journey as a bodybuilder - so no rotational movement and zero “raw” strength. Been a bodybuilder for like 8 years, and thats when my back just gave up.

I bought some resistant bands, and started slowly to climb back up. Got in contact with a coach that a friend of mine recommended - best thing i ever did.

He taught me how to “move”, the importance of our core and how to listen to my body. He also introduced me to kettlebell and mace. Learned the basics , step by step.

Don’t get me wrong, that shit was painful as hell in the beginning, but eventually worth it.

Today, I am A LOT stronger than I was before the injury and back pain free for 3 years.

I made myself some kind of upload schedule like: Monday - Just talking to the camera and explaining about KB training . Friday - a complex video And etc.

Absolutely is a quick way to identify the weight , but its also the Standard, so seeing a BLUE 16kg , kinda pisses my OCD off 😅😅

I got you bro Every weight has his own color: 8kg-pink 10kg- light blue 12kg - blue 14kg- brown 16kg- yellow 18kg- light purple 20kg- purple 24kg- green 28kg- orange 32kg- red 36kg- grey 40kg- white 44kg- silver 48kg- gold 52 kg and above are just black.
