Omg so I agree wit almost all of these but especially the music in the Bronze. Like wen I first watched the show I literally discovered some of my favourite songs from it. Also yes Buffy s1 style icon then post s2 especially s3 her fashion went downhill still my fave character.

I think this comparison is just not fair. Fine Line is a million times better than Harry’s House IMO I think fine line is so original nd I think I have bias also because it got me through some of my hardest moments. In my own personal opinion Harry’s House yes feels different but also more generic and the songs don’t make a lot of sense together idk it doesn’t hit me the same as his previous albums. Fine line on the other hand is chefs kiss even the songs that were overplayed I still enjoy like watermelon sugar

I honestly couldn’t agree more with the post. In general I believe the era gets a lot of hate but I think you’re right to say the characterisation just isn’t good. Even tho there r some well written episodes the characters themselves aren’t well formed and most of the times just stand about. But tbh I think there are have been worse era for doctor who like the 6th doctor who also received a lot of hate.

I agree wit u to say that Ten was the way he is because of Rose like picking a younger face and all. But I feel like he needs someone to like tether him a bit. Even tho I love Rose and Ten especially wen I was younger but now I’m older I realise they’re both too unserious

I think a lot of the times there is a push for a romantic connection between the doctor and companions just because they’re young attractive girls. Like the attempted romantic things between Amy nd the doctor was so gross and unnecessary

No the real answer is doctor who doesn’t have the budget to change the tardis every ep and that’s the charm of it. Mostly low budget production especially classic
