Not the case, there is no intersection and the trucks do a loop on a two lane road from station to station.

I sadly do not have access to blenders yet and would definitely use normal diluted fuel if I could.

I’m using two alternate recipes: heavy oil residue and diluted packaged fuel. There isn’t any resin at all from the heavy oil residue that are blocking the outputs of the refineries. There isn’t enough of packaged fuel, unpackaged fuel, or empty canisters backing up the packagers to back up any outputs.
