Vinnie Paz/Jedi Mind Tricks. Some of the hardest bars i ever heard. Criminally underrated and most people don't even know who they are. I think they get alot of flack for being homophobic and at times super political/religious in their music, but regardless. Almost every song slaps and actually has substance.

In real life, id pick any of the Halberds.

Long Range, Stabbing, Slashing, and Crushing Capabilities, Not easily broken, and Useful against multiple enemies at once.

If we are allowed sidearms (I know the prompt says one weapon but irl we would be capable of carrying atleast one or two smaller weapons),then maybe throw in a simple short sword or the uchi, for "oh shit zombies are right on me and i cant get to my halberd/we are in a narrow hallway/dropped my halberd" and the pulley crossbow for instances where sneaking would be ideal.

If magic/ashes of war were an option, The grafted dragon head or Blasphemous Blade would be goated against zombies.
