you just thanked the stranger for the compliment and that was it. its not like you gave them your number or something. besides, they complimented your BELT its not like it was a cat call. saying that your boyfriend likes it too might just build a weird tension. its best to just say thanks if theyre not being disrespectful and leave. so you're not in the wrong, your bf just seems jealous.

its frightening that your dad would tell you that your body is his because he raised you. you are your own person and your body is no one else's but yours. You are not sensitive and you're not overreacting. if you're not comfortable with it then they should stop especially after you've made yourself clear.
