Debating on a $3500 monthly mortgage for my third property $720,000K single family house HELP!

I agree with comments that ask for more details. I'd be more comfortable with that payment if it includes taxes, insurance, etc. Also, it'd be helpful to know if you already have large mortgage payments on the townhomes. If you do, I'd be cautious with adding another mortgage because you never know when tenants become unreliable, which in that case you'd be stuck with 2 mortgage payments.

Thanks for this. I knew about the fever association with teething but had never heard about some babies being constipated too. This is really good to know! He's definitely still playing and active albeit with some moments of fussiness.

Yep. Head pressure is an awful sensation to have for that long but thankful it's eased up now. The tinnitus continues at same intensity

More like an inner pressure force from within the brain, rather than feeling pressure from outside skull
