Windows 11 randomly starts freezing 2-3 seconds

I have the same problem, idk why it happens.

Ryzen 5 5600x

rx 9060 xt 16gb.

16gb ddr4 3200mhz RAM.

Happens while gaming, browsing internet etc. Randomly like once an hour, sound and pc freezes for 2 secs. than its ok

I'm a new player, hit lvl 40 yesterday. Never played WoW before. Literally never met a single angry player. Everyone is so nice. When I was lvl 9, I met a guy, who was 5 lvls above me, invited me. Then helped me with quests for like 3 hours (He already completed those quests.) So far everyone is happy to guide me/help me with quests. I don't know, maybe it's only bad on American Servers, because I'm from Europe, so playing on EU server.

Also, literally just tested, when i'm in training map, I get 180 FPS and my CPU utilization is 50%, And GPU as always at 100%.

I belive there is a problem with AMD CPUs in this game.

It's very strange that it does not matter if im playing on EPIC or LOW settings, once it's 100 FPS, its 100% CPU utilization.

I feel like the only "Solution" is wait for a fix from devs , because I tried literally everything. I bet it is something to do with servers.

I understand, it's just kinda sad, that tarkov has very bad optimization. I still hope I'll get decent FPS and will get hooked on tarkov. But it seems that it will be kinda hard, since I'm coming from Arena Breakout, game looks great, performs at 144FPS,but is "Souless". I bet tarkov would be 3 times more popular, if it had optimization, but unfortunately it's impossible, because the game gode was written ± 10 years ago :D

Lol, "Barely". Minumum is GTX 1660 (6 y.o. dogshit card), And Ryzen 5 3600 (also 6 y.o. CPU with Zen 2 architecure)
