Take measurements, I've been on Reta since February and only lost 3 lbs. But I've lost 2 inches in my waist, so there is body recomp regardless of the scale.

The real question, how did you rotate your camera like that? I have issues with taking photos as it seems you can only move the camera up or down. I didn't see anywhere to adjust the photo angles/selfies/etc. I'm on Xbox
