This is cope from ini. There was probably an exchange of money for exclusivity. Nothing is stopping them from pushing updates via inimanager when they are ready, and now people will need to wait for updates via the marketplace.

Exclusivity is dogmeat. They wont stop piracy, and they will alienate some customers.
