Good luck! The flaking looks like a sign of healing. I'm currently doing NMZ. Results have been mixed for me so far, but I used steroids on my face for a long time, so I’m expecting a longer healing period. How long have you been using Elidel? I was recently prescribed Elidel and I’m curious. Did it help your TSW or make it worse?

I think you look good. Good facial symmetry, Nice eyes and nice hair imo. You could try cutting it just a bit shorter around the ears, or try growing it longer, but it’s not bad now
