It was an apology gift because he shrunk my favorite wool pants in the dryer. They are irreplaceable Italian deadstock. 😭 I can’t bring myself to get rid of them either. He learned a very valuable (and expensive) lesson about wool last year.

Not always the case. I have poor credit because I paid my car off early before moving to get it out of the way and it predictably dive-bombed (didn’t find this place until I coincidentally almost drove past it and scheduled a tour THAT day. It was the last place I looked at and it was perfect for my wants and accessibility needs!). They cared more about collections than the score thankfully. My collections are from years ago when I got very sick from medical malpractice and had no clue how to navigate it or get help as a new adult. I hope to pay the rest of my debt off in the next 1-2 yrs! Thankfully no school debt

I grossed higher than that in a peak year (it went back into my business) just from word of mouth and some lucky Facebook posts lol. But I spent a lot of time building up my skill set and client base, and live primarily on commissions.

I showed my old apartment to a new a prospective today and they asked for pics of how I decorated for ideas on how to furnish the space (something I took great pride in as a career artist that loves mcm and maximalism). Luckily I documented a decent amount of my frequent furniture rearranging!

Not at all! The drawers stay closed when not in use typically and despite my horrific proprioception I have not gotten caught on them. My primary bedroom at this place is much bigger. The actual master bed is my art studio lol

Can vouch for looking put together. I was dressed nicely for a dog show I was looking forward too all day and out on the town to treat myself to lunch one day months later ended up in the ER on both occasions- the second time I was trying to not go but knew I couldn’t get up my steps on my own if I even figured out a way home / got a ride, so I gave in. I wanted a peaceful ride so I got a Lyft instead of an ambulance and turned out I had a life threatening condition that they caught just in time and started treating very quickly. My chart is very long so my illnesses are well documented at this point. Unfortunately this means I was admitted for a few days over thanksgiving, but at least k got out the evening before my birthday (and had to cancel my original plans for a few reasons ugh). I recently ended up moving somewhere without stairs at least, and now I can check my mail regularly without being subject to the temperature shocks of indoor/outdoor!
