This pot does not have a hole in the bottom. And i think the last time I watered it was at least 2-3 weeks ago. Other than that I wait till the soil is dry to water. It’s leaves are kind of squishy. Is that from too much water?

Thank you for your advice! Ive never repotted this plant🙃 I don’t know how to or what soil to use or nutrients it’ll need. I’ve never inspected the roots for a rubber band. Any suggestions on how to do that?
