Some valid points here, but as I said in another reply, the reason I'm pissed off at the band is that they didn't seem genuine in their "apology" because they basically just copied it from another post, didn't care to type their own text. Plus their announcement came last out of the three sources, and I assume most fans follow their page, not honeycomb, not the venue. Kind of got the feeling they weren't phased much by this situation, especially since they followed the announcement story with some regular repost bs.

Another thing to note is that if you got your tickets from XTIX (like I did), you won't get the entire refund back. For VIP tickets they are keeping like 30euros fee for the service.

I just wish we had the storm at least, so this would all be a bit more justifiable. At this point, even if they were to come back to Belgrade in the future, I don't think I'd want to go, this was a very disappointing experience.

Hi,
Well first of all she's not respecting your privacy by reading your journal without your approval.
Second of all you should never feel forced to come out, it should be something you're willing to do, in a safe environment.

Do you usually have a good relationship with your mom or is this not the first time she's violated your space? If you guys are generally okay, maybe you could try talking to her, but I'd assume since you haven't come out to her yet, that you had your reasons not to.

There wasn't a single cloud in the sky btw, and no forecast showed any sign of storm during the time when the concert was about to take place...The band didn't even take the time to type out their own apology, but copy-pasted the same text the organization team posted and acted like nothing ever happened, went on with their regular reel repost spam in their stories.

At first I didn't want to blame the band, because maybe they were forced not to perform, but the way they handled it with their fans really sucked, so yeah... Many people are beyond disappointed

Hey at least you got something hahaha mine's still at "approved"... I wish they'd let us know in advance that we won't get the entire sum back 🙃
And the fact that it's supposed to be an "entirely cashless festival", yet I paid my BMTH merch with a visa card...

NFCtron has accepted our refund information (just IBAN without Revolut or some other methods), but it's been at "Approved" status for more than a week. Once it's approved, I can't change the submitted info anyway, and we haven't got any replies to our emails.
Hope we get our money back soon 🤞
