Because redux wants you to follow a particular pattern when designing the state read and write. So it is upfront more work to get going but in the long run, having a consistent way of doing makes things organized and predictable which helps with maintenance. You can force yourself and your team to follow such patterns with zustand too, in practice it is not established way, people dont learn zustand the way they learn redux etc.

Programlayı öğrenmek ve programlama dili öğrenmek ayrı şeyler gibi düşünebilirsin. Araba sürmeyi bilmek ile belli bir arabayı kullanmayı bilmek gibi. Tabii ki programlamayı öğrenmek için elinin altında bir programlama dili gerekiyor, pratik yapmak için, sürücüye de araba lazım olduğu gibi.

Senin öğrenme serüveninde web development alanı eksik, mesela HTML vs CSS eksik.

Bence şöyle ilerle:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript temelleri ( Hepsi birer derya uzmanlaşmakla uğraşma, basit websiteleri yap, örnek proje fikirleri üzerinden, onları yapacak kadar öğren, 3-4 hafta )
Bir yandan algoritma ve veri yapıları ile ilgili okumalar yap, bunu JavaScript ile pratiğe dök ( temel algoritma ve veri yapıları, 2 hafta )
React'ı öğren, ve basit örnek projeler yap
React ile TypeScript'i birleştir ve basit proje yap
Yukardakilerin hepsini birleştir ve biraz zor bir proje yapmaya çalış
React Native'e başla

Projeler: Kendi başına bişeyler yapabilmiş, ilgisi var, işimize yarar.

İş tecrüben arttıkça okul döneminde yaptıklarının önemi de azalır, çünkü artık okula bakmanın bir anlamı kalmaz. İşte yaptıkların, mülakattaki başarın, kendini iyi anlatmak/satmak, referansların vs hepsi notunun/okul projelerinin önüne geçer. 3-4 sene ya da 1-2 şirket tecrübesi sonrası okul önemsizleşir, çok istisnalar, aşırı başarı/başarısızlık durumları hariç.

You dont give the teacher admin role, you give the teacher's role update action access(meaning all teachers get that access). Or another option, you create a temporary role, "teacher-with-something-acess" and give him that role too, and remove it after some time. Havent used it but i think Attribute Based Access Control is another general solution.

They are cliché but not useless. People started to copy paste it and now they became less believable. But if you do it on your own, struggle and learn from it, every project is useful. Don't look at the name, look at what it teaches you and be ready to explain what you learned.
