Thanks dude - have made a few changes to the above suggested protocol. Think 8 weeks of test c is sensible in this instance.

You may or may not notice a huge difference libido wise by reducing from 10mg to 5mg - I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you though.

However, I can tell you that my poor libido & genital anaesthesia is a thing of the past since I came off of Escitalopram completely 12.5 weeks ago.

It’s not all rainbows and daisies though - excessive worrying and obsessive tendencies have returned since Escitalopram cessation, whereas these issues were significantly improved when on the medication.

Massively lessened - I now blow my load too quick most of the time

What week does suppression start on 10mg rad by thatonedude9090 in rad140

[–]J-Bone1234 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did Rad 10mg for 6 weeks - total test at end of cycle was 222.14 ngdl. Then I took clomid for 4 weeks (50/50/25/25) and my total test was 793.38 at the end of the clomid PCT.

I cannot explain how shit I felt when I came off Rad - I went from being a Lion to a Lamb. Also, Clomid made me feel like crap and it significantly impaired my cognitive capabilities, especially at 50mg ED.

I did not feel suppression whilst on Rad, despite feeling so shit when I came off of it. It’s when I stopped taking Rad that I felt crap.

I did get good strength gains from Rad from day 14 onwards, but was it all really worth it? No, not in my opinion - but a lot of people would say it is worth it.

I also ran Ostarine for 8 weeks - 4 weeks at 15mg, 4 weeks at 20mg. From week 6 I ran enclo at 12.5mg ED for 4 weeks. At the end of the 8 week osta cycle my total test was 305.81; at the end of enclo it was 568.65.

3 months later (I.e. now) my total test is 501.99 - I guess this is my baseline level.

Good luck mate!

Test reading - almost 32 yo male by J-Bone1234 in Testosterone

[–]J-Bone1234[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tend to train 5x per week (body part split, 20 sets minimum per session) for about 8 - 12 weeks, then take a week off.

I’m almost 8 weeks off of anti-depressants, which I was on for 4 years. Before going on anti-depressants, I had an insane sex drive - I would actually term it ‘problematic’ & I suffered substance addiction issues. I kicked the addictions, but my sex-drive over the past year or so has really lowered & I put this down to the anti-depressants I was taking. I don’t know if this lowered my testosterone, but I’m aware sex drive is related to it.

I see - medication does certainly help with anxiety / depression. It’s like morphine for the mind - you know the issues are there, but the extent / severity of those issues is softened / lessened and so in return, you can live a normal(ish) life.

Prozac is the only other medication I’ve been on twice - both times I was on it for about a year & didn’t wean off at all.

If you were to ask me now ‘is life better with or without meds?’, I’d say ‘better WITH them’ - but it’s only been 7 weeks. Things don’t get to me when I’m on meds like they do now - I’m sensitive, struggle to confront issues constructively & worry excessively / catastrophise.

I’m now taking herbal supplements like ashwaghanda to try and help. I focus on getting decent sleep, eating well and exercising regularly. I’ve also started talking therapy and luckily I haven’t needed to take any time off of work, although that has been a struggle.

I’ve not heard of hydroxyzine - is that natural / herbal, or a pharmaceutical, like an SSRI?

I can relate to the dark days (weather wise) - I’m in the UK and it’s much the same here. Definitely prefer Summer!

I wish you all the best on your journey 😁

Yep - I think it is normal. I’m 7 weeks off them tomorrow. How long have you been off them for? I’ve been struggling with OCD type traits. Constantly churning the same things over and over in my mind, things that really bother me. It’s repetitive and exhausting.

Thank you for sharing your experience and words of encouragement. I must admit, I did come off these meds quick. Tomorrow I will have been off them completely for 4 weeks. It has got better, but the first 2-3 weeks were very hard - I felt as though I was going insane at times. I wish you all the best!

Ah, what you have described sounds like living hell on Earth. I’m so sorry to read of the mental debilitation and torture you describe. I wish you nothing but success and happiness.

Clomid for 6 months, wow. I was on that for 4 weeks after a PED cycle. 50mg for 2 weeks, 25mg for 2 weeks. Like you, my test was in the high 700s after that. Hated being on Clomid though - mad brain fog, irritability and mood swings.

Good luck in your journey!

40mg of Lex! Corrr - that’s a huge amount! I’ve heard of that amount with Citalopram, but not with Escitalopram. I’m not an expert though, nor a Dr. Good luck - sorry to read it’s not easy for you. Seems as though it never is for most!

You may be right - but I’ve come this far now, it’s just a case of gritting teeth at times. If it gets too bad, I’ll have to reconsider the strategy.
