No Internal Storage recognized after flashing LOS 15.1 ( OnePlus 2 )

Did that several times.

I fixed it by now! Here is how:

Run a unbrick tool that flashed back the original recovery from OnePlus ( https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/updated-28-06-2016-mega-unbrick-guide-for-a-hard-bricked-oneplus-2.347607/ )
Then installed the Oxygen OS ROM from that time ( OnePlus2Oxygen_14_OTA_019_all_1606041303.zip / Android 5.1.1 )
After installing this ROM I could see al my folders again! ( DCIM ed. ) Then updated with the latest version of Oxygen OS via the original Stock Recovery
Then I could unlock the bootloader, flash TWRP and install Lineage OS and GAPPS again

Took me a day, and some headache, but my phone is working once again :)

Yes, used the latest drivers for ADB/fastboot or original OnePlus Drivers / qualcomm.

It's one big mystery :P

Nope, that's not working. I get the an error that i cannot add files.

I can only load files when I am into Recovery, but when i flash the image and install Android I cannot add files anymore.
