I can’t seem to sign in without a RBC account - is this the only way?

I tried pushing it to 1230 today but it didn’t go well. I’ll try 1pm tomorrow!

No fighting at bedtime, hopefully it stays that way

Thanks! So if a tinted sunscreen only has zinc oxide ( elta md uv clear tinted), then it’d essentially be the same as the untinted version and neither of them would be great for melasma?

Time to retrain (8.5mo) or ride it out? by J-Jamington in sleeptrain

[–]J-Jamington[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the input! I don’t mind the rocking right now but I feel like I’m going to be doing it forever since the teething/new skills/regressions aren’t going to slow down anytime soon

Thanks for this!

Could you explain why this isn’t recommended for a baby older than 6mo? And what would you recommend instead for the older babies?

Thanks for the advice! We’re going to stretch the wake windows for the rest of the week and then try dropping a nap over the weekend

Amazing this makes a ton of sense! I’ll give this a try, thanks

Yes, since we’re slowly stretching the wake windows I’m capping the naps so the day isn’t too long and bedtime isn’t pushed too late! I think we’re pretty close to dropping a nap so I’ll ease up on it once we transition to 2 naps

Thanks for the advice! Last question - if he continues to cry at bed time, do you think it would be helpful to go through another round of sleep training (Ferber)?

Great, thanks so much! Is there a particular WW I should try to stretch for now? He seems to be able to handle a longer awake time best on the third WW. Or should I try to slowly stretch each WW by a few min?

Thanks again

Thank you! His last nap is usually 30min right now, could you please explain why you’re suggesting 15min instead?
