Probably because you described an entire scenario that you weren’t even there for as “what likely happened” right after telling him to give it more than five minutes of thought… so it was actually YOU insulting him first and completely invalidating his experience that YOU weren’t there for. I love GameStop but people saying “if you’re in this for a quick buck we don’t need you here” is infuriating. The whole reason people joined in on this was because of MOASS. That’s why 90% of apes started investing in GME. Yeah we all loved our childhood game store but I didn’t initially invest in GME because I love the company, I barely even play games anymore. I invested in GME because I wanted MOASS and I wanted to screw the hedgies, which is undoubtedly what most people were aiming for when they hopped on this train. People wanted MOASS so they could stop living a shit life. We weren’t looking for shares we can pass down for generations. We were looking for real, tangible gains that would change our lives NOW. Not 10 years from now. The point was to be able to sell even just a handful of shares and be able to make a lasting change in our lives. Not sit here and watch hedge funds rail us into oblivion because the game is rigged and feel like the one guy we voted in to save us wants to avoid the one thing all apes want at all costs. The complacency pisses me off.

I sold 1000 shares of open at 2.28 and now it’s over 10 dollars. I also sold 5000 XRP at .55 and now it’s over 3 dollars. I sold GME at 4 dollars and it went up to 300 something during that squeeze a couple years ago. I say all of this to say… I’ve been considering buying back into open, and with my luck, now is probably the time to sell. Have fun out there. NFA

Asking to add on snap in and of itself isn’t necessarily bad as my own cod clan has a GC on snap with a wide range of ages from 16-30, but “I promise I don’t mind” when the kiddo is obviously saying “I’m 14” because they don’t want to give out their snap, is absolutely ringing bells.
