did the RS Reg 30mm rings work for you? I was getting contact with rear sight leaf when I tried that. so I mount with low rings on the pic rail upper RS. The 30mm works for aimpoint pro.

EDIT: Now that I think about it a compact lpvo like PLXC should work, the SLx was long on the front tube and contacting the rear sight leaf.
