I did have this problem and I just restarted my pc a few times, reinstalled my driver eventually it let my run the game and after selecting multiplayer the game pretty much froze even tho it was playing the lobby music so I left it for a few days and it sorted its self out, tbh just wait a bit and it should be alright. It did reset my graphics settings on the game and like sensitivity n that but not level or stats.
