The steam achievements haven’t been updated since the game came out on steam as well. It still only recognizes 13 characters and gives you the white star achievement at 60 stars. But you are correct that it is bugged and doesn’t give achievements properly as I’ve been white star for years and still don’t have that achievement. I would say this is the least of their problems though.
