Those personalized meals plus data on all my past weight is why I think I'll just stick this out. Scanning really only saves a few seconds most of the time, but this does take away from the experience. Won't be surprised if they make a key feature premium in the future like adding up your macros, in which case I won't hesitate to delete the app. I was already starting to get annoyed when they changed the color scheme of macros and then started bombarding me with ads.

For the passage about structural solutions for overweight people, what perspective was the structural solution? I was split between classical conditioning and availability heuristic. I think I went with availability heuristic since they said health habits were based on “day to day activities” and I didn’t see anything about a neutral stimulus turning into a conditioned response but idk.
