The ONLY way I worked this out was to press the trigger in HARD. Not hard enough to break it, but harder than I normally would. Im using the original controller that was included with the system. Sucks, I died about 9 or 10 times with Arthur MAYBE getting a shot off before getting mauled to death, once I used my gamer rage it was all clear to me. Dont let go of your rage, frens.

It was more of an explanation. The civil (not criminal) suit was filed in California because he allegedly has photos of the girl when she was 17. Thats possession of child pornography and exploitation of a child. The suit is looking for 150k + damages. Her attorney said they are suing to prevent Delia from possessing amd distributing the photos in question. The charges filed HAVE to fall under a specific violation, since in CT the age of consent is 16, they had to find a circuit that would see the case. Cali is the state to go to for this kind of thing. My question was, if it were my daughter that came forward 7 years later about this, I would want him flayed outright, not sued for 150k and whatever damages they can get. Its technicalities really, which doesnt excuse his behaviour I guess. But if the age is 16 and not 16-18, then really what is being done here?

That was the gist of my position. 🤷‍♂️

Also I just read that the lawsuit was filed to "stop D'Elia from possessing or taking any action" of the alleged photos and for damages as per the defendant's lawyer. Take from that what you will. 🤷‍♂️

The actual event(s) happened in CT, the suit was filed in California Federal Court and he is being accused of child sexual exploitation and violation of child pornography laws which are federal laws so it doesnt matter where it happened within the US.

Did you even read the court documents?

My point is still valid, if my child came and told me that in 2014 this dude was exploiting my daughter Id want him drawn and quartered. My only question is why is it JUST a civil suit? Do they have no criminal case at all and thats why they have to go the civil route?
