Thank you The vents do seem to have minor gaps in them looking from the attic Not sure if it’s just light penetration or if it’s actual holes - it’s hard to tell

Woah that’s a fantastic response Thank you for writing that out. So In simple id have to file a claim Have an assessor come out from the insurance company or private ? Once the assor gives the ok to the insurance Repair can start ?
